MANILA, Philippines -- The dream project of the late Manila Archbishop Jaime Cardinal Sin and the first of its kind in the world, the Way of Mary, a network of 20 prayer markers depicting the mysteries of the Holy Rosary, was finally completed in time for Holy Week this year.
